Set clear, understandable and measurable goals
Set goals, write them down on paper, on your blog or socials. The main thing is that they should be clear, understandable, and measurable. If you set a goal, you can either achieve it or not, but you'll gain experience. If you don't, then there is no way for achieving it at all.
